How do I check the status of my deposit?

  • In the “Enter Deposit Information,” click on “View History”
  • If you do not see your deposit, the deposit was not successfully transmitted to the CU, you will need to rescan the item.
  • Pending status- means the CU needs to review and approve the item
  • Completed- means the CU has reviewed and approved the item and will be posted by 5:00 p.m. C.S.T. or the following business day by 9 am.  It depends on what time the CU received the deposit.
  • Rejected- means the CU rejected the item for a specific reason.  The reason will be located under Notes.
