Internet Browser Questions

I don't have the recommended version of either FireFox or MS InternetExplorer. Where can I get a copy?
Internet Explorer is available for download from Microsoft. FireFox is available for download from FireFox.

I get the message "There has been a problem during transit. Your browser may not be supported. Please sign on again." I have the recommended version of the browser. What's wrong?
For Internet Explorer users (most versions), verify this setting by doing the following: Go to the "View" menu and select "Internet Options". I subscribe to an online service and I have Microsoft IE and Firefox.
For Internet access, this is not a problem. Just access our Web site and click on GTNet! Some online services, such as America Online and AT&T Worldnet, have integrated browsers, which may not work correctly with GTNet. If the software allows you to use an external browser, we highly recommend it.

I have the next version of the browser(s). Will it still work?
GTNet was written to work with Firefox,  Netscape 4.0 or higher and Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher. The higher versions of these programs should work fine. Please let us know if you encounter problems that are related to the browser version.
