Q: What are the rates and terms of emergency loans?
A: Emergency loans from Greater Texas Credit Union may come with rates as low as 5.99%* APR. Specific term lengths and additional considerations may be discussed over the phone with one of our experienced loan officers.
Q: Are there any fees if I am late on my emergency loan payments?
A: If your emergency loan payment is more than 10 days late, you will owe an extra 20% of the interest due on your payment. The minimum charge will be $0.05, while the maximum may be up to $100.00.
Q: How often can I apply for an emergency loan?
A: Emergency loans are limited to one approval in a twelve-month period. If you require additional funding, you may investigate other personal lending options such as our Helping Hand loan.
