Rules:
You must be a full-time employee or staff member at Texas A&M University. You must be a member of Greater Texas Federal Credit Union or Aggieland Credit Union with a checking account to be eligible to enter. All accounts must be in good standing and you must be signed up for E-Statements with account. Employees, officials and immediate family members of Greater Texas Federal Credit Union and Aggieland Credit Union are not eligible to win. You must complete the giveaway form for entry. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
Entry Process:
All entries will be selected from among all eligible entries received for the giveaway. All entrants who complete the online entry form, have a checking account and are enrolled in e-statements will receive one entry. Additional entries are gained each time you use your debit card during the promotional period. Entries will begin January 18, 2022 – 12:00 AM and will close April 15, 2022 – 11:59 PM (Central Time).
Prize:
1 on-campus parking pass, worth no more than $550, for the 2022-2023 school year.
- Two prizes will be given away for the Texas A&M University College Station Campus, and
- Two prizes will be given away to Texas A&M University Satellite campuses (Texas A&M Health Science Center, Texas A&M University at Galveston, Higher Education Center at McAllen - Texas A&M University, or Texas A&M University School of Law).
Prize money will be made as a payment directly to Texas A&M Transportation Services or Flourish department. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No substitution of prizes is permitted by Greater Texas Federal Credit Union. Drawing will be conducted by Greater Texas Federal Credit Union.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be announced by May 15, 2022. Selected entrant will be notified by email and phone within 5 business days of the draw. Selected entrants will be required to acknowledge by email or phone his or her receipt of notification of eligibility for the prize. If no response is received by Greater Texas Federal Credit Union within five (5) business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner in a random draw selected by computer from the remaining eligible entries.
General:
Greater Texas Federal Credit Union is not responsible for any costs associated with claiming any prize. Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes, if any, that may result in claiming a prize in the giveaway.
By participating in this giveaway, the winners consent to the use by Greater Texas Federal Credit Union of their name and photograph for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. The winners agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules.
Any personally identifiable information collected during an individual’s participation in the giveaway collected and used by Greater Texas Federal Credit Union and their agents for the purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the giveaway as described in these Official Rules will not be shared with any third party except as required by law, or to conform with legal process or to protect or defend the legal rights or property of Greater Texas Federal Credit Union or as otherwise set forth in the Privacy Policy .
Greater Texas Federal Credit Union and each of their respective directors, employees, agents, representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Greater Texas Federal Credit Union that may cause this giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted. Greater Texas Federal Credit Union reserves the right, in their discretion, to suspend or cancel this giveaway at any time if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of this giveaway. Greater Texas Federal Credit Union also reserves the right to disqualify, in their sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.
By participating in this giveaway, each participant agrees to release and hold Greater Texas Federal Credit Union and each of their respective directors, employees, agents, representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this giveaway or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

These rules and regulations are subject to all Federal, State and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
