2022 Annual Meeting
Please join us for the 70th Annual Meeting on Thursday, March 17th, 2022.
This year’s meeting will be held at The Renaissance Austin Hotel, 9721 Arboretum
Blvd, Austin, TX 78759.
- Check-in starts at 5:00pm.
- The Annual Meeting will start at 6:00pm, and end promptly by 7:00pm
In order to provide adequate meeting space and proper operational support, registration for the 2022
Annual Meeting will be required.
Although we should be able to provide a limited amount of day-of onsite registration, attendance at
that point cannot be guaranteed.
A gift card for BBQ will be provided to each member in attendance, as no meal will be provided onsite at the
Annual Meeting.
