Greater Good for a Greater Texas
Doing good for our neighbors and others is in our DNA. Through employee and member volunteer efforts we provide the hands and feet to help others in need. By working together we collectively strengthen the communities in which we live. Whether it’s building a house for Habitat for Humanity, assisting the homeless, or helping a family after a natural disaster, we aspire to amplify good for all Texans.
Every employee of Greater Texas receives paid time off to serve the causes they are passionate about. Employees generously volunteer hundreds of hours every year to individually and collaboratively support charities that offer hope to others.
Greater Texas also provides financial support to local nonprofits in the communities we serve throughout Texas so that those charities can help ease others’ burdens. As part of Austin Gives we pledge to donate 1% (or more) of our in terms of financial, volunteer, and in-kind contributions to Austin-based charities.
