Doing good is in our DNA. Through our employee and member volunteer efforts, we unite to strengthen our communities—whether it’s building homes, assisting the homeless, or supporting families after disasters. Every Greater Texas employee receives paid time off to volunteer, contributing hundreds of hours each year to causes they care about.

We also provide financial support to local nonprofits across Texas, ensuring that those in need receive help. As part of Austin Gives, we proudly pledge 1% (or more) of our resources to Austin-based charities, making a meaningful impact where it’s needed most.
