Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union Adds Digital Experience Specialist to Staff

Austin, Texas, November 28, 2023 – Jill Kase, a tenured financial technology specialist, has joined Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union as Assistant Vice President of Digital Experience.

Kase has substantial experience with Fiserv DNA®, which is the core system Greater Texas|Aggieland recently launched to replace its legacy system. Her knowledge and background with the system will enable the credit union to make the most out its capabilities and functionality.

Jill continues to demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills, serving as a catalyst to this major change."

Kondapalli added, “The conversion completely changed the back-office operations and in some cases the processes used by various lines of business to serve our members. Jill gives our team an internal source they can rely on to help them master the system.”

Kase will manage the credit union’s digital experience team, which collaborates with all lines of the credit union’s business to develop new products, improve operational efficiency, and aid with training to improve the employees’ and members’ digital experience.                         

Kase has been in the financial services industry supporting banks and credit unions for more than 20 years. Her knowledge in all facets of banking operations continue to streamline and improve workflows and develop user-friendly tools and apps to improve the member experience at every touchpoint.
