If you live, work, worship, attend school, or operate a business in one of our eligible service areas, membership may be available to you.

You are also eligible for membership if you:

Attend or Work at Texas A&M University

Students, alumni, faculty, and staff of Texas A&M University are eligible to become members.

Whether you're a current student, recent graduate, longtime Aggie, or university employee, you're welcome to join.

Attend or Work at Texas State University

Students and employees of Texas State University may also qualify for membership.

Work in Eligible School Districts

Employees and students of select educational institutions may be eligible, including:
