What gets deleted?
When your digital banking user data is deleted, the digital banking system archives the deleted data to facilitate account recovery. The archived user data includes information that links your user account to your Greater Texas | Aggieland accounts and your personalized digital banking settings. Archived user data cannot be used to access financial accounts or other protected information. The archived data is retained indefinitely for the duration of the business relationship.
- Deletion of your digital banking account will remove access through desktop and mobile channels.
- You will continue to have access to your membership account information through your local branch or by phone.
- Removing access may take up to two weeks and when access is removed, any future dated or recurring transactions set up through your digital banking profile will be cancelled.

- For members with Electronic Statements and Notices only, upon deletion of your profile, paper statements and notices will revert to being mailed to the address on file.
