In connection with your employment with Greater Texas Federal Credit Union, including, but not limited to, any subsequent evaluations of you with regard to your performance or for promotion, reassignment or retention, Greater Texas Federal Credit Union, in its sole discretion, may obtain any such reports and information from third-party entities such as consumer reporting and insurance agencies on you for employment purposes, including those disclosed above.
Authorization
In connection with my application for Greater Texas Federal Credit Union and, if hired, any subsequent evaluation of me with regard to my performance or for promotion, reassignment or retention, I hereby authorize the credit union to obtain and use any such reports and information from third-party entities such as consumer reporting and insurance agencies on me for employment purposes, including those disclosed above.
