How to Lock and Unlock Your Debit and Credit Cards with Card Controls in Digital Banking

Below you will find a step-by-step tutorial showing how to lock and unlock your Greater Texas debit and credit cards within digital banking.

Locking Your Debit or Credit Card

  1. Log in to the mobile app or online banking
  2. Navigate to the menu option on the left hand side
  3. Under the "Other Features" section, select "My Cards"
  4. Click the three dots on the right of the card you want to lock and select "Disable Card"
  5. Click "Confirm" to proceed with locking your card
  6. To verify your card has successfully been disabled, you should see a locked key icon 

Unlocking Your Debit or Credit Card

  1. Log in to the mobile app or online banking
  2. Navigate to the menu option on the left hand side
  3. Under the "Other Features" section, select "My Cards"
  4. Click the three dots on the right of the card you want to lock and select "Enable Card"
  5. Click "Confirm" to proceed with unlocking your card
  6. To verify your card has successfully been enabled, you should see the locked key icon removed
