For the safety of our members, employees, and communities, all branch teller traffic will be redirected to drive-thru lanes, and all branch lobbies will be closed, effective Thursday, March 19, 2020 until further notice. Drive-thru hours of operation will be unchanged.
Branches without drive-thru lanes will be closed until further notice, including the following: College Station Northgate, Houston Polk, Austin Winters, San Antonio Military Drive, and San Antonio Callaghan. To locate the nearest drive-thru, please visit our website.
We understand that you may have a need for lobby services, and we are available ‘By Appointment.’ Simply call (800) 749 -9732 or send us a message, and a representative will contact you to schedule an appointment for assistance with:

- Instant issue for debit or credit card
- Approved loan closing (Consumer or Commercial)
- Account fraud event requiring account transfer or closure

Earlier this week, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) encouraged financial institutions and consumers to remain alert to fraud schemes leveraging COVID-19, including stimulus check scams, testing scams, and more. We strongly encourage our members to read the article at the link below and check in regularly to see the most up-to-date scams being used by hackers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
As we continue monitoring the evolving global health situation, we will reschedule the 2020 Annual Meeting once federal, state, and local health officials advise it is safe to do so. We look forward to discussing your credit union’s successes, plans, and performance.

We will continue to stay close to this situation and adapt as new information becomes available.
This was a very difficult decision to make since our focus is on providing personal service to all of our members. The hope is by taking these precautions we will be able to serve our members without delay or interruption throughout this time.
