Debit Card System Upgrade

Debit Cards

We’re upgrading our debit card system to enhance security, improve self-service options, and streamline internal processes. This transition is designed to provide you with a smoother and more efficient debit card experience.

If you were issued a new debit card:

  • Activate Your Card August 13 – Your new debit card will be ready to activate and use. Your previous debit card will no longer work.
  • Update your payments – Once activated, update any recurring payments, subscriptions, or mobile wallets with your new card number to avoid disruptions.

If you received an email saying you would be issued a new debit card but have not yet received it, or you’re unable to activate your card, please call us at 800-749-9732. We’ll be happy to help.

ATM Cards

Starting August 13, you will no longer to be able to make purchases with your Greater Texas|Aggieland ATM card. If you previously used your ATM card for purchases, please give us a call at (800) 749-9732 or visit a branch and we will upgrade you to a debit card. ATM cards may still be used to access funds at the ATM until the card expires, but will no longer be issued by the credit after August 13, 2025. After your card expires, you will need to upgrade to a debit card to access funds from an ATM.
