How to Change Order, Rename, and Change the Visibility of Your Accounts
Review the step-by-step instructions blow to change the order, rename, or hide your accounts in digital banking.
Change the Order of Your Accounts
- Log in to the mobile app or online banking
- Tap or click the menu icon in the top right corner
- From the menu options, select 'Settings'
- Click 'Change Account Order'
- To rearrange your accounts, use the up and down arrows on the left
- When finished with your changes, click 'Save'
- To view your changes, close the 'Settings Window'
- Your accounts will show in the order you specified
Hide an Account from View
- Log in to the mobile app or online banking
- Tap or click the menu icon in the top right corner
- From the menu options, select 'Settings'
- Click the gear icon to the right of the account you want to hide
- Click the 'Hide Account' toggle button to hide the selected account
- Close the 'Settings' window
- The hidden account will no longer show on your 'Accounts' screen
Unhiding an Account
- Log in to the mobile app or online banking
- Tap or click the menu icon in the top right corner
- From the menu options, select 'Settings'
- Click the gear icon to the right of the account you want to unhide
- Click the 'Hide Account' toggle button to unhide the selected account
- Close the 'Settings' window
- The previously hidden account will show on the 'Accounts' screen
Changing the name of an account
- Log in to the mobile app or online banking
- Tap or click the menu icon in the top right corner
- From the menu options, select 'Settings'
- Click the gear icon to the right of the account name you want to change
- Click the pencil icon to the right of the name you want to change
- Change the name of the account in the text field
- When complete, click the save icon to save your changes
- Close the 'Settings' window
- Your account will display with its new name
