Important Notice: Sunset of Gift Card Program

Our Visa Gift Card program will be discontinued as of October 1, 2024. To ensure you use your remaining balances effectively, please follow these steps:

Check Your Balance

Regularly check your remaining balance by registering your card or calling 866-599-5618.
Credit or debit card icon

Use Your Card

Please use your card at any place that accepts Visa before October 1, 2024, to avoid losing any remaining balance.

Report Lost or Stolen Cards

If your card is lost or stolen, report it immediately to our customer service team at 866-599-5618.

Gift Card Registration for Existing Cardholders:

  1. Visit GTGift Visa Gift Card Website
  2. Select "Cardholder Sign In"
  3. Enter your GTGift card number and password
  4. Your Password is the 3-digit security code on the back of your card
  5. Click "Sign In"
  6. Select "Update Profile", enter all required information
  7. Click "Submit"
  8. Click "Submit" if your address information is correct
Your card is now registered! 

The GTGift Visa Gift Card Website is also useful to determine remaining balances on gift cards.
