Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union Elevates Member Experience to Top Executive Focus

Austin, Texas, July 9, 2026 – Stephanie Stout has been named Chief Member Experience Officer at Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union, elevating top-tier member service to the highest executive level. In this newly established role, Stout leads a mission to redefine member engagement by modernizing the contact center while leveraging advanced technology to add value to the member experience.

Stout’s expanded leadership aligns branch operations with evolving member expectations while prioritizing employee training and development. By equipping internal teams with the right tools and skills, she intends to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for members across every touchpoint.

“Stephanie Stout has proven herself highly capable when it comes to the member experience. It makes sense that she should lead all our teams that provide service to members and potential members,” said Howard Baker, President and CEO of Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union.

Baker pointed to Stout’s understanding of Greater Texas|Aggieland members and her passion for service excellence while noting that she is the ideal person to create a cohesive, unified experience in all the member-facing areas. For example, she will ensure that the Employee Learning and Development Department tailors its training to the particular needs of the credit union’s branches as well as the member contact center and other areas.

Stout has been with Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union since 2021, always with a focus on member relations and experience all the while making sure the credit union leveraged advanced technologies and data analysis to focus on service and member relations.

Stout has a degree in multidisciplinary studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
