2025 Annual Meeting
Please join us for the 73rd Annual Meeting on Thursday, February 20, 2025.
This year’s meeting will be held at The Westin Austin at the Domain:
11301 Domain Drive, Austin, TX 78758
- Check-in starts at 5:00pm.
- The Annual Meeting will start at 6:00pm, and end promptly by 7:00pm
In order to provide adequate meeting space and proper operational support, registration for the 2025 Annual Meeting will be required. Although we should be able to provide a limited amount of day-of onsite registration, attendance at that point cannot be guaranteed.
A gift card for BBQ will be provided to each member in attendance, as no meal will be provided onsite at the Annual Meeting.
